All our chocolates are handcrafted and made to order. This means production begins after we receive your purchase. We will keep you updated on the status of your order and estimated dispatch time.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or factors outside our control.
Please note: During warmer months, especially in summer, we may delay shipping to prevent heat damage. If this affects your order, we will let you know as soon as possible.
