RM Fine Chocolate, a small-batch, artisan chocolate company based in Prestwich, Manchester.

We are proud to craft every chocolate from the bean to the bonbon right here in our local chocolate studio. That means we take care of every step — from bean selection to final decoration — to make sure every bite is full of rich flavour and made with care. We only use the finest, ethically sourced cocoa and natural ingredients to create our handcrafted chocolates.

All of our chocolate is certified kosher, under the supervision of the Manchester Beth Din, giving you confidence in our process, quality, and values.

Raanan came to my office to teach a truffle making class for world chocolate day! Booking was really easy even though it was quite last minute, and he was happy to add on extra places when needed too. He was really funny and his instructions were easy to follow, everyone had an amazing time and made some delicious treats too! He also sent me some recipes afterwards so people could make their own, and he tidied everything up quickly after the class too. We had a great time, so thank you Raanan and I would definitely recommend!
